Unfortunately, sometimes families and school districts disagree on what services and educational program a child should have. If meetings with your schools child study team, child’s teacher or child’s caseworker are unsuccessful, you may need to think about hiring a special education advocate to help and support you.

Whether it is to just provide record review or parent training, or participate in communications and meetings with the family and the school district to make sure the parents and child’s rights are be adhered to.
